Part 9: Basing the Highland Division.
So we’ve painted up the platoons of the HD but now we need to base them. This step takes a little bit of time but really brings the miniatures together.
Small sticks that I collected from the garden were trimmed then glued onto the bases to represent small trees and fallen branches.
Foam flock was then glued in batches over the bases.
patches of 2mm green static grass was then glued in patches over the bases.
To finish off the bases a mixture of green foam clump foliage was glued to the bases to represent small bushes.
