Part 5: Final thoughts.... Possible expansion.

So that’s it, I have a perfectly playable Blood bowl pitch that is easy to crack out for quick games. I’m pleased with the final look of the pitch and it serves its purpose perfectly.

But wait……… could this be a more visually pleasing board for special events, battle reports or just photo opportunities? Of course it could and will be.

I want to build a stadium to surround the pitch, the dimensions will have to fit within the frame and still be a playable board with all the relevant templates built in. It needs to have some height to simulate a stadium but also be accessible. Below are a couple of quick and rough concept sketches for the design of the stadium.

The buildings will have to be sturdy but light, so my go to material will be foam core boards.
